I have owned this BMW M3 as my personal car for the past year so know it very well. It has had both the rod bearings addressed (circa 135k) and throttle actuators (circa 100k). The service record is exemplary and all has been done at BMW main dealers. The previous owner had this vehicle since 2008 and it is just 2 owners from new. Very rare to find such a low owner M3 as they usually change hands at a very fast rate! This car has been cherished throughout its life and it really shows, I was honestly staggered at how well this car drove, you would never believe it has covered anywhere near 148k miles. The suspension feels excellent, the steering sharp and throttle response crisp. The S65 engine performs very well and pulls hard throughout the upper rev range. I have always allowed the engine to get right up to operating temperature before taking the revs past 3k. The previous owner must have treated it with the same care, seeing as it lasted on original rod bearings until past 130k miles! The paintwork is very good with almost no stone chips. There are a couple of very light scratches that in all honesty will probably come out with a polish. The interior of the car has worn very well. The seats and the leather throughout the vehicle is all in a beautiful condition. However, there is some wear to the drivers door card.
