I acquired Jeep 20 years ago. It has been well looked after. For the last10 years it has been used on high days and holidays. It's 4 litre automatic. Was converted to run on petrol and LPG some 15 years ago. Selectable 4 wheel drive : low ratio 4 wheel drive ; limited slip differential The chassis and underside was waxoyled some 12 years ago and therefore in good order. The Jeep has been maintained by a friend who has been a Jeep mechanic. The MOT runs from November 4th 2024. The work carried out prior to MOT : 1. Universal joints on front 2. New oil seals on front 3. New oil seals on rear. 4. New wheel bearings on rear. 5. The brakes breathed on. There is some bubbling of paint on tops of front wings. These areas were resprayed some years ago after new section steel plates were welded and under sealed. Suspect the filler used to skim off the surface is lifting. The hard top is detachable. The is a bestop tan coloured cover to keep out the elements when car not in use and hard top is removed. There is a tow bar. The car needs a light tidy up and would suit an enthusiast.
