Here is my 1992 SeiW, only being sold because of lack of use over the last couple of years. Around 1000 miles per year but less than 100 this year. I built this car and am the only registered keeper. This has an Eaton supercharger alongside the block, driven off the front pulley and allof the possible problems that can affect X/Flow Westies have been addressed over the years. These mainly concern overheating which is made worse by the addition of the supercharger. However, with the fitment of a BIG Coolex radiator and the right Spal fan and an electric water pump there are no such worries about this. In addition to this I have made many other improvements over the years as can be seen in the spec of the car below. If you know your cars you will see that all of the bits I have ended up fitting are the best of their kind for their intended use. As can be seen it one picture it shows a battle scar on the N/S/R wheel-arch it is not in the league of the fantastic Toybox cars seen at shows, but then it is only a third of the price of some of those. No, this is the cheapest way into fast and reliable Westfield ownership that I am sure will give many more years of happy, fun-filled motoring on the road or on a track-day if that is what takes your fancy. The highlights of the spec are: 1700cc Ford X/Flow engine with Eaton M45 supercharger blowing at 10lbs/sq. in and in-built bye-pass valve. Gas-flowed head. 8.25:1 C/R. Last rolling road figures shows 150 bhp but 195 ft/lbs of torque. Omega 83,5mm Forged Pistons 2" S.U. Carburettor. Kent 224 Torque Sports Cam and H/P Oil Pump. Jenvey Fully Baffled Ally Sump.
