Type R Bathurst (Twin Turbo) 5 Speed Manual model. Fitted with a Mazda Speed Aero Type II front nose, full Border Type 2 side skirts, Pan Speed bonnet and original Fujita Engineering rear difuser, as well as an unidentified specialist rear spoiler, the overall effect on this car has created a far improved and tasteful improvement in looks. Wheels are original BBS Le Mans special edition of 18" size, with 4 high performance tyres of size 225/40/ZR18 & 265/35/ZR18. Fitted is a twin Apexi induction kit - oil impregnated mesh, the best filters available from Japan. Inside, a Veilside leather steering wheel has replaced the standard item. Pivot digital temperature gauge. Original equipment includes twin oil coolers, keeping oil within the optimum operating temperature, sports seats, rear seats, ABS, fitted mats. New ECU installed, engine remapped from 247 bhp to 296bhp by now retired rotary engine expert Pip Gardner. A'PEXi turbo timer fitted. The original BBS alloy wheels were repainted in orange with snake skin water transfer pattern; spoiler and side mirror covers also decorated with snake skin pattern. Added matching "snake skin fade spots" vinyl decals to the body. The engine rebuild was done at 75000 miles. Garage parked to keep it safe from the elements. If the owner doesn't like the vinyl decals, they can be removed.
