Trusty and well cared-for Jeep that was built to a high specification. It seems to have had every possible option fitted (and then some). It is now showing some cosmetic wear and tear but is still a very solid vehicle at its core. The V8 engine and transmission are very healthy, and the interior is in good condition. It has a full service history with 20 services recorded, all of the original paperwork is present; I have owned it for 7 years. On the exterior: It has had a functional hood scoop fitted, as well as stainless steel bullbars and steps at the sides. It has adjustable roof racks (the crossbars can be moved forwards and backwards). Underneath, the stock muffler has been replaced by a Hooker Aerochamber unit which makes a great sound but isn't too obnoxious. The tyres are matching BF Goodrich Urban Terrains all around which are in good condition. There are some scrapes, dents and rust to the body. On the interior: The loadspace is good, the seats are exceptionally comfortable, and the rear ones fold fully flat for large items, The full size spare tyre is present and in good condition on a matching alloy wheel. The spare wheel well does collect some water when it rains. This Jeep has the Infinity Gold sound system which means there is an additional audio amplifier under the rear seats. This all works as it should with the exception of the 6-CD changer in the boot; I have never been able to get it to read any discs even though it does power on okay. The front door speakers have been upgraded to Alpine units and the tweeters in the dash which were blown have been replaced with MarkAudio hi-fi units. The sound quality is the best I have heard from a car stereo. An aftermarket and very tidy DVD player was fitted at some stage which works well. The disc reader is in the boot and the screen is overhead for the rear passengers. The heater works well, the common blend-door failure has already occurred and been fixed. The A/C works but fairly faintly it has to be said. Otherwise, all of the electrics work except for the heated seats. Overall, this is a good sturdy 4x4 that I hope someone can enjoy as much as I have. It has just been serviced and comes with a long MOT, happens to be ULEZ exempt, and is something a bit different from a lot of the other cars on the road today. With continued regular maintenance it should keep going for many more years - these are known to often reach 400,000+ miles in the States.
