Selling my beloved mk2 golf 'jeraldine' NO MOT BUT SHOULDNT NEED ALOT TO PASS I haven't taken it as I got a new car, and all my moneys gone into that. So I bought this car in July 2023, i planned to keep this car forever but I have kids and the low and loud life just wasn't suited to us anymore as it was the daily car, it is a 1991 5dr mk2 golf big bumper Originally a 1.6 driver, it's got a 2L conversion & Chipped ecu car shows 126k on the clock maybe 127k Starts every single time (sounds like a tractor when it's cold I must say!) I always let it sit warming up for 10 mins before moving it, Has a Blow in the exhaust so does sound abit rough Horns disconnected atm but can reconnect and work Bit of rust paint peel and a fairly small dent but she's near 34 years old!! (And we'll worth investing into fixing up the body)Lowered all round but i cannot park to save my life so it's 600 klutch alloys unfortunately have seen much better daysclutch is high so that could do with replacingTemp gauge hasn't worked since I've owned it but never needed it or had a problem due to thatCrack on passenger side of window but passed mot with it last year and it's no different now to then Sunroof works fine (leaked when I bought it but been stopped, could still do with a replacement seal) because of some previous leaks my drivers seat has a lot of marks on but could probs scrub up nicely and also the inner roof lining is sagging but again they're all easy fixes I've just never bothered to sort as they don't bother me Car has loads of little bits you could pick at but to the right people this cars still pretty mint! And can be done up beautifully, She Get looks all the time and conversations everywhere it goes even as she stands now. It's been my daily for over a year, the furthest run with me was from Nottingham to Gatwick and back so she's still a reliable little machine, has her problems come up but they've always been easy enough to fix on such an old car. I am still in touch with previous owner who owned it 5 years and did most of the work on it. All things considered and the fact it's MOT has expired I'm selling it for a lot less than I'd like already so nooooo silly offers, I'd rather let it age some more on my garden. Next MOT due 25/10/2024, Red, 5+ owners, £1,900
