Here For Sale is my 2006 LANDROVER DEFENDER 90 TD5. The vehicle is in good condition throughout, over the previous years and owners including myself lots of work and upgrades have been completed. Registered New on the 11/10/2006 and showing 155,683 miles on the clock (correct at the time of writing this add, the vehicle is still being used whilst its for sale). The TD5 engine runs and sounds exactly as it should. The engine has been regularly serviced and maintained. The engine ECU has been remapped to give slightly better performance and power. Underneath is solid through out with no major rust or issues. The complete rear brake assembly was replaced recently, this includes rear calliper's, pads, discs and relevant gaskets. The 16 inch gloss black saw tooth alloys and BF GOODRICH ALL TERRAIN K02 tyres were fitted by myself. The 20inch LED light bar mounted centrally on the front bumper provides plenty of extra light when its required. Inside the Vehicle there are 4 side facing passenger seats in the back all of which have folding seat bases and full adult seat belts. All seats are in good condition with very little signs of wear. Panoramic Tinted MASAI glazing surrounds the rear seating area, this has been fitted professionally by a previous owner. Both the heated front seats are in good condition again showing little signs of wear. The wiper mechanism which is a common failing part and requires the dash to be removed, has recently been replaced. This was complemented with a fresh set of windscreen wipers and wiper arms. The touch screen radio was added by a previous owner, it functions well and sounds great. The heated front windscreen has also recently been replaced as well as the seal. The interior is also complemented by electric windows and A/C. The vehicle is equipped with electric central locking and immobiliser. A second manual switching ECU immobiliser has also been fitted. Included in the sale is a tow bar mounted bike rack, i have never used it but came with the car when i purchased it. Too many other bits too list viewing recommended. There are a couple of bits which are requiring attention this includes a groaning noise which we believe is from the clutch spigot bearing and there is a slight pull in one direction when breaking which we believe may be a front brake calliper issue.
