I have owned this Discovery since September 2014. I have treated it as a rolling restoration and therefore, everything it has needed, it has got. It has been serviced annually and the engine is sweet and smoothe, gearbox is good. It has been a pleasure to own this car but I no longer need a seven seater.The chassis is sound and has had some minor welding done. The chassis has been sprayed with Lanogard every year for the last five years. It is a very comfortable car to drive over long distances and it is very capable off road, though I haven't done anything more exciting than going over muddy camp sites and the odd farm track. The car was a Category N write off in 2016, but I bought the car off the insurance company and had it professionally repaired as I couldn't bear to see the Disco written off and scrapped. It was a good decision. The Disco required a new bonnet and front bumper.I will be sorry to see this vehicle go as it has never let me down. Any questions please feel free to ask.
