Offered for sale (reluctantly) is my beloved MGF 75th Anniversary, fresh out of the paint shop. This very rare and unique (low-mileage - 58k) 75th Anniversary MGF was produced in limited numbers during the history of the MGF production, with this particular example having benefited from tasteful and discreet upgrades. With fresh paintwork finished in Mulberry Red and deep wet-flat polish, the result is truly astonishing (and better than standard). The subsequent MGF's were no longer produced in this colour, so there are very few of them left in the world.I originally purchased this vehicle in 2019, and carried a series of upgrades, whilst maintaining the vehicle's originality. Starting with the suspension, polyurethane bushing was added at key points to sharpen the handling, without creating harshness. To improve the driving experience, a specialist aluminium Gear Selector (Mike Satur) box was installed, together with an uprated Stainless Exhaust system - 4-branch manifold, Sports Cat and Rear box (again by specialist MGF supplier, Mike Satur). An isolator switch has been added to the Electric Power Steering, so it can be switched off for country road excitement. Additional quad lights were installed behind the grille, switchable with dipped and main beams, transforming the MGF to a vehicle that can be used on country or mountain roads, day or night. I also installed a high performance Bluetooth sound system with an Alpine head unit and top-of-the-range Focal Expert speakers and Amplifier. The sound is incredible and has to be heard to be fully appreciated.The result is impeccable road holding, and a driving experience that builds on the excellent characteristics of the MGF.No doubt, you'll want to know that the head gasket was replaced with an uprated part. In addition, the Toyo Proxies tyres are all nearly-new.
