After 11 years of ownership, I am looking for a new owner for my much-loved C4S. The car has had a full Hartech engine rebuild plus a long list of other maintenance with no expense spared - this was my "forever" car and has been looked after on that basis - more details below. I am a member of The Porsche Enthuiasts Club and the car regularly attends meetings and breakfast drives. It has been to the Simply Porsche meeting at Beaulieu for the last 10 years. A car of this age and mileage is never going to be perfect, there are always stone chips and things to attend to, but I would not be put off by the mileage on this car. The maintenance it receives every year, along with the engine rebuild, means it presents and drives as well as a much younger car.I still use the Millers Nanotech oil every year, as recommended by Hartech, and the car only ever gets premium fuel, usually Shell V-power. The car is on Porsche "N" rated Michelin Pilot Sport 2 Tyres. This is a Porsche 996 Carrera 4S with Tiptronic gearbox in Arctic Silver. Four wheel drive. It is a 2003 Model Year car on a "52" plate and has just passed 130,000 miles. I bought the car in 2014 at 93,000 miles. It is a UK spec car (C16) but was supplied by Porsche Barcelona in November 2002 so it has just turned 22 years old. These cars have a higher spec than the standard cars, including full leather interior, Alcantara roof lining, electrically adjustable seats with memory, Xenon headlights, electric sunroof, Bose speakers, PCM Headunit with Sat Nav and single CD slot etc. The optional extras on this car include Cruise Control, Porsche Crest embossed in headrests, silver instrument dials, aluminium look trim highlights to dashboard, instrument surround, centre air vents, and handbrake. The car has mesh fitted to the front air intakes to protect the radiators from leaves. It also comes with red seat belts, it has Porsche 5mm wheel spacers on all four wheels and has the rare fitted Porsche umbrella in the slot next to the passenger seat! The car comes with three keys, all the original manuals and service books and a full folder of receipts as well as the original tool kit and spare wheel.The car is fitted with the Top Gear stainless steel mild sports exhaust back boxes and it sounds wonderful as the revs pick up. The car has a full service history and is booked in for a major service in December. It has just passed its MOT, next due Dec 2025.
