Reluctant sale of my Defender. Owned since April 2017, it has proved exceptional at towing my daughter's horse, our boat and my parents' caravan all over the UK. Sadly the horse, boat amd caravan are all gone, and my wife would much rather keep our Tesla. Its also a bit too high for our dog to get in and out of the back. Admittedly, my justification for keeping it for our annual ski trip is a weak argument, hence the listing. It's been serviced at the following intervals: 30216, 50880, 59868 and 64425 (by SHB, the first owner) then 71807 (Land Rover in Reading) 83196 and lastly 86582 (by Shiplake motors, so only 6000 odd miles since the last service. Lots of receipts, such as an oil pump replacement in 2022. It did have 13m MOT, now 12.5m (to 21 Dec 25). Very clean and tidy inside and out. Exmoor trim. Spare wheel cover (off for the photos so it could be cleaned). The radio is stuck on BBC R4 and left side speakers only since I dropped the facia unit. Some.of the Aintree green paint has flaked off at the seams and around the alpine windows (which have new seals since last year). Completely unmodified. It's down on the V5 as a light goods vehicle, so the car tax is about half that of a car version. 2 sets of keys and alarm fobs. Essentially one of the best vehicles I have ever had the fortune to own, and I will get another one if I ever need a towing vehicle/second car/my wife leaves me. Many thanks for looking.
