This car has been my family vehicle so I have made sure that it is reliable. I have had swirl flaps removed from the intake manifold (known issue causing catastrophic engine failure), egr cooler and egr valve removed and blanked for engine longevity, timing chain and tensioners replaced as this is a known issue with the N47 engine, brand new brake pads on front and rear and brand new tyres on every corner around 6 months ago. Oil, oil filter, pipercross high performance air filter, cabin filter and fuel filter have just been replaced on the 3rd of August. The air conditioning has been re-gassed and wireless phone connection fitted. The car is lovely to drive and we've become quite attached.
