Owned for around a year and used as a daily runner with no major issues. Selling due to upgrade. Runs well, recently replaced water pump, coolant pipe & thermostat housing. 'Oil leak' stated as an advisory on the MOT is very minor (it doesn't drip) and apparently a common issue for all Minis. The rocker cover gasket and sump seal have been replaced in respect of this.
