Cosmetic issues as follows (hence the price) roof is stained, the back window has come away from the fabric and sometimes gets stuck half way down and needs a manual push. The wheels have some scratches, there is a scratch above the back passenger side wheel, two front bottom bumper pieces are missing. All this is reflected in the price.
