The car has a stage 2 remap by velocity tuning and made 721 bhp on bm3 with 3 switchable maps. Also had a fuel flex fitted to run ethanol which will make over 800bhp. I have 3 cans of ethanol but I've never run ethanol in the car. I have also changed the oil and filter around 3k miles ago just for myself peace of mind. Car is due a service in around 6k miles I believe but has been done by myself around 2-3 months ago. Recent front tyres ps4 backs have plenty of life but will replace if needed by time the car sells. With the car I have all the original parts to go with also and can include a set of full anniversary badges that I purchased from bmw but never put on the car.
