Reluctantly selling this car due to moving to London and just not needing anymore (moved to London in October - has been driven occasionally since then). MOT until August 2025. Do not let the age and mileage of this car fool you. There is a reason you still see so many of these cars on the road today. This was my first car, took me up and down to Manchester for three years and got me there without issue every time. It is cheap, reliable, and easy to run. Cheap to insure and tax. 3 Owners. Primarily has done motorway driving between Dorset and Manchester and Catterick under my ownership. Drives superbly. Well-looked after engine - frequently informally serviced (approx. 6 monthly), with most recent oil change in August 2024 (selling with 1 litre of spare oil). Passes its MOT every time with flying colours (have always been complimented on the performance of the car by my local MOT man). Front tyres and brake pads replaced, and realignment done in January 2024. Cam Belt replaced in Jan 2022 at 80,000 miles. Spare wheel. Is currently SORN from 01/01/25. Will need to be taxed from then. It may not look like much - it has a few scrapes and scratches (See photos) - it's been well loved. It's been full of friends, full of luggage, full of muddy boots. But if you are looking for a well-maintained engine and 4 wheels that will get you from A to B safely, doesn't really matter if it gets bumped or scraped, can fit your whole life into it when you need to move house, this car will do that for you. After having sat for a month in cold weather, it started 2nd time no issues. It's not going to win any beauty contests, but this car has not let me down yet. It has a few little cosmetic quirks (E.g. have to open boot with the key). All have been minor to me and do not effect the safety or running of the car. They are all also, I imagine, cheap and easy to fix if needed. Overall, this is a great first car, a great commuter, a great runabout, a great family car.
