It is sadly time to let go of the best car I have ever owner purely because the wife only uses it for 10 miles a day for the school run and seven seats has become the logical option. I have owned this car for almost 9 years and it has never wanted for anything on the servicing and maintenance front. I have a folder full of receipts of work done but most recently it has had a replacement crank pulley and water pump, all 3 thermostats replaced at which time I also had the gearbox oil and filter replaced (allegedly sealed for life but best changed around the 100k miles mark).It's also had the swirl flaps removed; it's the lower risk engine of those affected but best to be safe. As far as I am aware everything works as it should, the engine still has tonnes of grunt and the shocks were replaced a couple of years ago so it handles like it should. It's also got a nearly new (less than 1000miles) set of all season tyres on. In terms of spec I think the only things missing from the options list are the memory seats (though these are still electric tilt and lean), the panoramic roof (so nothing to leak) and the heads up display. As can be seen from the photos it has the sports gearbox with the flappy paddle shift and it has the executive I drive system with the full wide-screen option. It has a 12gb hard drive which you can upload CDs to from the 6 disc changer (remember those) and if the lucky buyer wants I will even leave my eclectic collection of music on there. I am in no mad rush to sell so I won't entertain daft or unreasonably optimistic offers. This is in very good condition for the age, no dents or dings and beyond stone chips and bush scratches which would all polish out the bodywork is very good indeed.
