New Land Rover engine fitted with new clutch, flywheel, radiator and injectors by Newbury 4x4 in September 21 at 157k miles after original engine timing chain failed. Only about 8000 miles on new engine. Gearbox output shaft fixed in 2019 with the Ashcroft transmissions MT82 upgrade. 4 good Michelin tyres - quieter on road than the original Continentals. Front seat covers and over mats fitted from new. Recent front bumper, side steps and prop shaft universal joints. Air conditioning doesn't work but heater is epic compared with earlier defenders. Heated Seats. Never driven off- road beyond towing horsebox across a field. Loads of invoices and old MOTs. Will probably put a fresh MOT on it this month.
