This freshly restored 1965 MGB in olive green with the biscuit interior. Rebuilt from the ground up using a genuine rust free chassis soured from the USA, To further future proof this car against rust the body was dipped in a phosphate surface rinse before being electrostatically powder coated in Kerroprime by Ribble Technology in Preston., The MG was then painted this beautiful California Sage Green metallic offset by a new ‘biscuit’ interior with reclining sports seats. The brakes are all new as is the suspension, wiring loom, high-torque starter motor, wheels and tyres. The engine been completely stripped and rebuilt and the gearbox replaced with a later type which includes synchro on 1st gear and with the additional overdrive ‘box. The original speedometer has been refurbished and the mileage set to zero reflecting the fact that this is effectively a brand new 60 year old car! It has since covered circa 100 ‘shakedown’ miles and sailed through an MOT (even though it’s both road tax and MOT exempt).
