My beloved Copen was registered as a demonstrator on 28/03/2008 by Halt Motor Company who are still in business, but now as an independent Motor Company since Daihatsu pulled out of the UK in 2012, and have serviced the car since my ownership from 03/05/2022. The second owner drove the car from 05/07/2008 up to 24,000 miles until I purchased it. The car has now covered 29,000 miles. I had the AC Condenser replaced in 2022 and the Compressor repaired in 2023. It rides beautifully and is super reliable. Wheel refurbished in 2022 with Locking nuts and all 4 tyres replaced (MOT advisory) March 2024 with Yokohama tyres in March this year. The original stereo unit has been replaced with a Pioneer SPH-DA360 DAB double DIN that operates my phone and Apple Car play (Waze) wirelessly as well as a reversing camera (Original unit will be supplied with the car). MOT due 28/03/2025 . Car supplied with full car cover. Please note the personalized number plate is not included will be replaced with a standard number plate which I believe will revert back to LR08 NWE.
