We are delighted to offer this true 2000’s icon, the Citroen Saxo. Our Saxo VTR is finished in Iceland Grey with contrasting Black Cloth Interior. These Saxo VTR’s were fitted with the 1.6 TU5 Petrol engine, producing just under 100 bhp.... which doesn't sound like a lot for a ‘hot hatch’ but due to its super lightweight design means it is absolutely no slouch; it is reported to do the 0-60 sprint in 9 seconds. It's all in the driving experience in one of these analogue go-karts, you are exceptionally connected to the road, every turn you make you can feel, no over assistance, just old school power steering, a 5 speed manual gearbox and an engine, that's it, it's actually a great little thing to pilot, you can have a huge amount of fun at safe and legal speeds. This example has covered just 56,500 Miles and is backed by a very well recorded service history, the history is a mix of service stamps in the book and physical paper invoices too, it has recently had a service and timing belt in June 2024 along with an MOT too. Its overall condition is very good, no nasty marks on the body work, the wheels are all in good condition, the interior is 99% original apart from an upgraded stereo.
