I bought this in Apr 2012 and have owned it for the past 12 years. It is in excellent condition for a 35 year old car. Full service history from new, with all receipts from all previous owners (full A4 file). Mot until January 2026 and just serviced on 17/12/24. The service book is fully stamped and have receipts for all 31 services completed over the past 35 years.This was one of the first R129 in the country, having been launched at Geneva Motorshow in September 1989, this was delivered through Rivervale Mercedes Benz Brighton in June 1990. This car has not only been looked after by me, but also by the previous 8 keepers. It is truly remarkable that 8 strangers kept full records on this car and passed them down. I had the car Waxoyl treated by Rust master in Hatfield in August 2013, the car is rust free. Bodywork is original and bright, the car has just been ceramic coated by my local detailers 4Kdetail. The car drives as it should, starts stops and is smooth. Engine and gearbox are running well as they should. The car has been garaged throughout my 13 year ownership and comes with its own Auto-pyjama and CTEK battery conditioner.
