To compare the Porsche Macan to the competition (Mercedes GLA, Range Rover Evoque, Audi Q5) is to immediately do it a disservice - this car drives significantly better (in the writer's opinion at least) than any similar SUV on the road. It feels firm around the corners and yet super smooth and comfortable at the same time. It's quick, to the point of being sports car like and the interior is superb. Even the steering wheel is an engineering masterpiece - round centre boss, leather trim, brushed chrome with 'L' shaped slots either side of the controls! Inside you get quality two tone red and black leather seats, the front two are heated and the driver's is electric/memory adjust. There are settings for everything from the front and rear wheel drive bias to 'Sport' and 'Off Road' driving modes. We've had the multi spoke 20 inch alloy wheels refurbished and they look great.
