Ever wanted a GTC but need 5 doors? Selling my lovely Astra, which I've had about 18 months.At the time I was after a GTC but they were all too expensive; then I found this hidden gem. She (Hazel) has the brilliant Vauxhall petrol 1.6 turbo engine mated to a great 6 speed manual gearbox. She has had a few improvements: Airtec intercooler plus better pipework for the intake system; performance front brake discs and pads plus brake fluid flushed and renewed in last few months; wheel spacers (much better handling and looks so much better); door mirror covers; door handle covers; Smoked, LED side repeaters; rear diffuser; rear spoiler; new headlights; New door straps for front doors fitted (known to fail); new rocker cover with new gasket as these are known to fail too. Door sill protectors. Rear bumper protector for when getting things out of the boot. Tyres are all good; A sporty "Scorpion" back box and tailpipe. The previous owner had a new turbocharger and timing belt done in the year before I bought it. MoT until Feb 27th 2025 with NO ADVISORIES on last one. Recently replaced the oil cooler and oil filter housing as a leak had started and serviced plus oil & filter changed and coolant renewed. Alloys could do with a refurb. I have a de-cat pipe which theoretically could be fitted between MoTs for a lovely sound and a little more feel of power (of course for non-road use) which i will include. I also have a sporty, flat-bottomed Vauxhall steering wheel which i will include (VXR but without the VXR logo on it) which i will include if I get full asking price. It also comes with a detachable tow-bar! She's a great drive and good to go. Genuine reason for sale - i need to change to an automatic car, otherwise there's no way I'd sell her.
