Here is my cherished 2007 Jaguar S-Type R - one of the best private-sale examples available at the moment. I've owned this car for the past 18 months, and in addition to a lot of work carried out by the previous enthusiast owner (take a look at the many invoices!), I have taken care of a number of 'to do' items as well as anything flagged at inspection or MOT. This will ensure the car continues to beat many a challenger (hello BMW M3s) for years to come. I have changed all of the front sensors, but haven't got round to the rear. You'll see from the previous invoices a lot of care has gone into this car. The much needed sills work has all been completed. The recent MOT advisory is mistaken, as this is just surface rust and dirt - see the pics. The latest two oil and filter changes were done by my trusted local mechanic - in Feb and Nov 2024, using quality Petronas Syntium. It's only ever had premium Momentum petrol in my usage. Bodywork and paint are immaculate. In my ownership I have done: Rear upper AND lower arms - it rides beautifully Front and rear discs and pads (MTEC discs and Brembo pads) x4 new Nankang tyres Re-cover headliner and sunvisors Two 'new' used headlights - fixed the notorious drooping, so peace of mind In the last few years it has had: Repaint and finish quarter panel, front bumper, wheel arches and door trim Refurb of all wheels Refurb brake calipers Magnaflow cats and exhaust - gives a wonderful noise, but without the drone Replaced alternator Diff service All in all, this is a bloody lovely car. Genuine reason for sale - a baby and a dog need ferrying about. FSH - mix of dealer and specialist. Two original sets of keys. A full filing box of invoices and information.
