This Vw Up would make a fantastic first car for a new driver, or a nice little daily driver. It has roof racks fitted by JCT600 (official VW dealer/garage) and comes with Maps & More system which is an extra satnav/Bluetooth system sold by VW with the car, which fits in the centre console. The Maps & More system has only been used twice, but we got it with the car so it is 11 years old! The car has had brake replacements and a driveshaft replacement this year, but aside from these, it has had very few problems in its lifetime. This car has been with us since it was new, only myself and another family member have been named drivers (though I have been the main driver since we got it). It says 3 owners, but I think that's just a technicality.
