Description
My car is a September 2000 registered C16 car in Black with Black leather. Manual Coupe. One brand new Porsche supplied key. Previous chap had it for a long time, 20 years in fact, and covered 140,000 miles. In 2017 he spent 25k on it! I've been in touch with him and he has sent me some details and history but not everything yet. Mileage today is just under 151,000 but read on! When I got the car it needed a little bit here and there and as is usual with these this turned out to be quite a lot of expense! During 2024 the car has had; New AC condensors, New centre radiator, Full AC refurb, Wheel bearing, Door handle , Full service with plugs, Ignition coil, Coolant pipes replaced, Driveshaft boot, Zunsport Black front grill, BC Racing BR coilover suspension - Brand new, fully adjustable for height and ride comfort. I have found these to be excellent. Topgear linked sports exhaust, sports cats and manifolds - This was painful as Parr Porsche had to remove the old manifolds and exhaust at great expense 2k ++ labour!! Powerflex ARB bushes front and rear, Refurbished brake callipers in Red, Seats are Black leather manual hardbacks in good overall condition and the Turbo Twist standard wheels are very clean with Michelin tyres. One wheel has a minor mark on it. Paintwork is lovely, really well looked after and detailed. There is one touched in mark on the RHS side airduct and the RHS rear lamp has a small crack which isn't affecting its usage or letting in water. If I end up keeping the car then my next job will likely be new rear lights or at least one light and a pair of those saver bracket things that are sold. The rear spoiler has its moments. It works perfectly with the manual switch, up and down without issue. It rarely works automatically and normally gets to the up position and then stays there. I haven't really considered this as too much of an issue for me as I prefer the look of the car with the spoiler extended anyway but I appreciate others might not feel the same and so it needs to be mentioned. It drives really well indeed, sounds great and pulls very strongly. The mileage is just under 151,000. I know it sounds a lot but I've had these before with a quarter of the mileage and they haven't been as nice nor felt as tight as this one. Don't let the miles put you off, you could miss out on a great car here. Go look at a usual 60k miler then come see mine and I think you'll be suitably impressed!
