1.9 TDI 54 plate Skoda fabia 5 door. Bad points, central locking doesn't work, NSR passenger door is dead -locked, passenger window cannot be operated as glass will move. Two lights on dash, ESR light, ABS light. ABS sensors and front bearing were replaced 09/24, made no difference, braking performance is not effected. Steering angle sensor some times comes on, had this since buying it 4 years ago and never bothered me. Rust on bodywork, needs front shocks and bushings replacing as there's a slight knock when car experiences camber. Good points- had nearly 900 quid spent on it since September last year, as above with bearings and abs sensors, full set of brake pads and discs (brembo), JBL speaker fitted passenger side, new brake caliper during MOT. Purchased a service kit Including oil, filter and gates cambelt/pump, not fitted but will be included with car. Pulls strong uphill, doesn't guzzle oil like a lot of cars of this era. Not had a single mechanical breakdown in 90k miles of driving and I will be genuinely sad to see her go. Returns 50-60mpg. Been used to commute to work which is a 50 mile round trip, been incredibly reliable in all weather. Just fitted a brand new battery. Has loads of service history and I have serviced it myself since owning it every 10k miles with PD standard oil (triple QX). It's a 21 year old car so expect issues, sold as seen, no offers, price listed is what you will pay for it, any mechanical inspection welcomed, car is uninsured and SORN so cannot be driven.
