Renault Clio (dealer cup version the rarest) the last of the big engine hot hatch's.
This car has been owned by mature owners since new. A LSD was added to improve handling around 20K ago. All of the engine servicing has been carried out, clutch, cam belt, water pump, etc.
Track tyres which are excellent on the road.
Make no mistake this car is a handful to drive and you have to concentrate all of the time. You can have a test drive but you will not get the best out of it unless you really push - you will break before the car does. On a track these cars can't be beaten!
Brembo brakes all round with new discs and braided hoses - very good.
All of the original dealer stickers are still in place and it even has the optional space saver spare wheel.
Bodywork is very good, the wheels are 95% but could do with a laser cut if you were very fussy.
Genuine 42K and very well looked after.
Like all of these models the synchro in 4th is starting to wear and could do with a replacement, however it can easily be driven without noticing the issue. A gearbox rebuild is around 800 (see the invoice for the LSD fitting).
This car can either be put on the track or sort 4th gear and have the wheels laser cut and you have a modern classic.
Genuine car with no outstanding finance and an RAC report. Not too bad on fuel 32.5 and parts are easy and cheap to get hold of.
Everything works, trip computer, cruise control, interior is excellent and fairly comfortable given the suspension which will keep you awake.
