Skoda Octavia VRS in Race Blue. I've owned this car since October 2023 and it has been a brilliant car in my ownership. The only issues I've had with the car was a flat tyre and an ABS sensor failing . I've recently completed a lot of preventative maintenance to make sure the car is good for the future (all 4 wheel bearings, both ABS sensors, full set of brakes, 4 tyres and a driveshaft. About 600 gbp). MOT was passed in December 2024 with 3 advisories (new windscreen needed due to large crack, anti roll bar link and subframe bush). For a 14 year old car, the body is in good condition with some age related marks. GOOD POINTS- Full Service History and recently serviced (done before the MOT by myself), 12 month MOT (3 advisories, crack in screen/anti roll bar bush/subframe bush), 4 new tyres (fitted 2k miles ago), New brakes fitted for the MOT, 2 new rear ABS sensors (one failed, so I changed them both), 4 new wheel bearings (2 front/2 rear. They were original and as i was doing the brakes, made sense to do them aswell), Automatic with cruise control, Android stereo with 10in screen (fitted by previous owner along with camera), Air con. The car has been remapped from the standard 170bhp to a more usable 200bhp (dyno proven with dyno graph) NOT SO GOOD POINTS- The screen is cracked and will need replacing (but passed it's MOT). I am aiming to replace this when funds allow but I've lowered the price accordingly until fixed. The subframe bushes, although have zero play, do have some surface cracking in the rubber. An anti rollbar drop link needs replacing (causes no issues but was picked up on the MOT). There is a tiny patch of rust on the rear passenger wheel arch and is pictured. The drivers doot handle sometimes doesnt open the car (cenyral lock issue), in 15 months, its been an issue 3 times but for the sake of transparency, ive listed it. I do really enjoy this car and I'm in no rush to sell, so I'm happy to wait for the right buyer and the right price.
