My beloved Jag XF is sadly for sale, it is not needed any longer. I now have the later Jag XF (forced to buy a newer car due to company policy) which is not as good. I will include a 1 year warranty and fresh service if the asking price is accepted. This has been the most reliable and the best car I have ever owned. Standard no modifications. It starts on the turn and is ready to drive away. The heated windscreen works a treat on frosty mornings, within a couple of minutes a quick wipe clears the windscreen, no scraping needed. The heated seats are great too on those cold mornings. I had the gearbox flushed and filter replaced as a matter of course due to the mileage and age. It has been serviced regularly only using manufacturer spec oil and filters. The tyres are all matching and are nearly new. The Jag has the bullet proof Ford derived 2.2 diesel engine, not the later 2.0 JLR diesel that can be unreliable, the engine has never so much as hiccupped. Fuel consumption on long trips is easily 50mpg. Huge boot with soft close and fold down rear seats. Electric memory seats and electric steering wheel which moves out the way automatically to allow easy access. Keyless entry. Cam/Timing belt was replaced at 100000 miles by a jag specialist. 2 keys and lots of paperwork If you're looking for sublime quiet comfort in a car, you can (almost) do no better. The car is solid with no rattles.
