Excellent condition and very low mileage (currently 47,141) and in the much more exclusive red.
It had a new rear subframe fitted by Mercedes under warranty in 2022 (under the previous owner) as these have become a real issue for these cars due to corrosion. It also has a full and comprehensive service history and has had its gearbox serviced recently at the advised mileage (not due again for around another 47k miles).
It's MOT'd until 9th May 2025 and has no known issues whatsoever and has only done 1000 miles since the last MOT with no advisories. The roof works perfectly and operates smoothly.
The car has all the best extras, including heated seats and air-scarf heated head rest blowers (why don't all convertibles have these?!), cruise control, auto headlights and electric mirrors. It also has a 7" touchscreen media system with both wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a reverse camera, along with in-built sat-nav and other apps if you want them. This works with the car's existing system to allow control from the steering wheel buttons and automation of the reverse camera with reverse gear selection. It has normal Bluetooth and USB connections as well, along with radio. It also has 18" wheels (with some kerbing by the previous owner - asking price reflects this) with 4 recent matching tyres fitted by a Mercedes dealer, along with the original collapsible spare wheel (rare).
The dateless private plates are included with the sale.
It's a fantastic all-weather convertible thanks to the hard-top roof system and the heated seats and headrest blowers, and this engine and gearbox combination is known for being 'bullet-proof' and lends itself perfectly to this car.
We'd love to keep the car as it's such a perfect example and really is a great car to own and drive, but a change in career has meant it's no longer viable and it seems a shame to let it sit on the driveway unused.
