Here is my latest project finished and ready to sell. I have spent the last three years doing up this car and it is piano black interior range Rover autobiography which is Jeremy Clarkson's favourite car of all time. I enjoy the process of restoring classics such as this car and although the process has taken 3 years ive enjoyed every minute of restoring this car as all of the common failure points are straightforward but time consuming .. ive put new wabco air suspension pump control block ( these usually fail at 100 k, new electric mirrors, new tyres, shot blasted and powder coated wheels, new gearbox sump and MOBIL ATF. New oil and filter 600 miles ago. I have had the engine completely rebuilt by an aircraft engineer friend and all of the common failure points have been replaced as preventative maintenance. The engine purrs and has none of the common rattles mainly because the timing chain , guides and tensioner are all brand new. Quality miller oil in engine and car works well. Does have a fog light warning but I'll put a new bulb in. has brand-new set of Pirelli scorpion tyres put on. The car has a towbar and all the electrics for that are working perfectly. As you can see, there is not a single trace of rust on the body. A brand-new Bosch battery. enjoyed doing this car up but now it's time for a new project and hence the sale. The interior is gorgeous piano black and these are quite rare to find in such good condition
