First registered: 11th November 2013, officially 2 owners but the first was Ogilvie Car Leasing and it was my company car, which I bought in 2017 and owned ever since. So effectively 1 owner. Factory fitted extras: Xenon headlights and LED rear lights, Nappa Leather cream interior, heated front windscreen. After market extras: Swan neck tow bar with 13 pin electrics, Nextbase Dashcam, Guardsman dog guard, fully fitted load area cover and rubber mat. The car will be supplied with 4 new extra TPMS sensors (the currently fitted sensors are fully functional), and 1 Avon ZV7 tyre with 7mm of tread with a tyre repair. The spare is a Continental with about 3mm of tread. Service history: There is a full vehicle service history with all documentation since 2017 when I took over ownership. It was serviced by VW for the first 4 years as a lease car. All required maintenance and MOT advisories have been addressed. 2023/24 rear coil springs, brake disc and pads and lower suspension arms replaced and full wheel alignment adjusted. Cam belt replaced January 2024, next due 2029. I have always done what should be done to keep the car in top condition, Bosch wiper blades etc. Vehicle status: this car has no outstanding finance, never been in an accident, never had a mileage rollback, never been used as a taxi, etc. MOT: The vehicle is MOTed until September 2025, and the only advisory at the last MOT was rear tyres near the wear limit which have since been replaced. Clean MOT. Tyres: Continental Premium Contact 7 tyres with: Front 6mm, Rear 6.5mm tread depth all less than 2 years old. Rust: I can see none and my engineer has reported the bodywork as in very good condition. Wheels are corroded but still look ok as you can see from the pictures. Paintwork: stonechips retouched in 2024, and there are a couple of very small dents and scratches which are hard to spot. Interior condition: no rips or tears in leather and the whole interior is in very clean condition (see from the pictures). The rear load area, used to transport a dog, is kept clean and under the cover (cream) is pretty clean too. Driving: The car drives very well and performs as a 177PS engine should. It has not been chipped! The exhaust runs clean (grey). Clutch, gearbox and suspension are good. Location: The vehicle is located in Formby L37 postcode.
