We have really enjoyed owning this car. It's so flexible and has allowed us to use it as a day to day 5 seater, but when we've occasionally needed 7 seats it comfortably sits 7 adults. The fully electric mode allows reduced or zero congestion charges in most places. The car has been looked after my Kia and has over 3 years left of its comprehensive warranty. I've not paid a penny for anything other than tyres, and the standard Kia service anything else has been under the still valid warranty. We have a removable towbar that was only used occasionally for a bike rack and a full set of rubber mats for winter as well as the unused cloth mats. There is a crack on the passenger side rear light cluster, it's something that has never been worth fixing in my view, photo attached. One very small stone chip on the bonnet, see photo.
