Description
I'm reluctantly selling my cherished, very clean, and completely original 1998 BMW Z3 with just under 54,000 miles on the clock.
It's in Atlanta Blue with light coloured seats, as seen in the film Goldeneye for all the James Bond fans out there. I've never seen another Z3 with the fantastic pepperpot alloy wheels.
This is a really honest example of an appreciating modern classic. I'd love to keep it but the recent arrival of my baby means I need something more practical.
The car is in great condition considering it is now 27 years old, with only a few minor age related marks which are to be expected. There is no real rust to speak of as it has been kept in a garage for most of its life, and the seats, steering wheel, gearstick aren't showing signs of wear at all. There are no mechanical issues, it drives really sweetly.
It also comes with the original tonneau, wind deflector, and toolset, which are pretty rare these days. I also use a cover on the odd occasion that the car is parked on the drive, and this will be included in the sale.
I had a new hood professionally fitted in August 2024, it comes with stacks of history (including original brochures and sales receipts), MOTed and fully serviced in November 2024. Four matching nearly new tyres fitted with loads of tread left. The tape player works and there are two late 1990s "Now! That's What I Call Music" double cassettes in the glovebox for the full time warp experience.
Forget rusty and overpriced Mazda MX-5s of the same vintage. With spring just around the corner, look no further than this fun, reliable, iconic sports car.
