For sale is my stunning 1998 Peugeot 106 Quiksilver 1.4 petrol. Only 75k miles from new with MOT until October. 2 keys, HPI clear. Very good condition inside and out, drives excellent and is very nostalgic. Ive had a lot of work carried out in the last 12 months/2k miles such as: Headgasket replaced (head skimmed and pressure tested, new head bolts and injector seals), cambelt/waterpump and thermostat, both rear trailing arm bushes/bearings, 4x new tyres, wheels refurbished, oil/filter/air filter/4x spark plugs, (plus another oil and filter change after head gasket replaced), OSF brake caliper, NSF CV boot, NSF driveshaft seal (gearbox side), gearbox oil change, alternator, lambda sensor, rear brakes stripped and built up (like new), door speakers replaced with OEM quality, new rear silencer and centre pipe. Needs a few things to finish it off such as a new catalytic converter- I have bought this and it will come with the car. Will need another coolant flush as it's gone mucky from when the head was done and I haven't had chance to do another. also say it needs a better temp sensor fitting as the cooling fan doesn't kick in until higher up the temp gauge. But nonetheless most of the issues these cars have I have had sorted. Owned for the last 12 months and loved every second. Very reluctant sale. Possibly one of the cleanest Quiksilver examples?
