History I was given: owner previous to former owner was in the process of restoring this CAT C auto mini before entering financial hardship. At this point I understand it has had a new rear subframe installed as well as a reconditioned 1275 engine with AP2 automatic gearbox. The previous owner bought it from them and hard the vehicle restored mechanically to the point of MOT before selling on eBay. I bought this last year as a learner for my partner however it's too small for us to be seated together comfortably! We're hoping to change for something larger & possibly from the last 30 years. The car itself we have not driven all that much, but seems to have a strong engine, and starts well with no smoke. Gearbox pulls through gears well and brakes stop well. I have replaced the battery. Bad points: this is a car C with 11 owners and history is limited to verbal and the last few years of receipts for small parts and services. The interior is a little dirty in places and the dashboard veneer is chipping. Drivers seat has a tear in the fabric. The paintwork appears crazed and could use a respray. Some of the front bonnet tin has been deseamed. The boot handle has a key snapped off in it (unlocked). There is a slight oil leak. I have photographed as many bad points as possible. This car has an MOT until June 2025
