Description
Hi,
We have had this car for about 3 years and it has never missed a beat and is mechanically very sound. The body is also good, with the exception of a recent ding by the rear wheel driver side wheel arch as shown on the photos. It's been under cover since we owned it.
A new cambelt was installed by an Audi garage a short time after we purchased it. We have not done many miles in it. It had new tyres and a battery about a year ago. The front disk brakes and brake pads were done at the last MOT.
We purchased the car from a company who repairs cars that have been in accidents. Before purchasing it, we obtained a full report with photos that showed it had been rear-ended. (so no damage whatsoever to the front of the car).
After purchasing it, we asked the Audi garage replacing the cambelt to check it over, and they considered it was a good repair job with no issues. We also got it checked over by our local garage and they considered it a good repair with no issues. We also asked them to check for rust, and there was none - a typical Audi!
It has a full service history right up to it's accident. It got an oil change when we purchased it, and we do very few miles, so whilst technically it does not have a full service history it has had services throughout most of it's life.
It's recently had a full service, with new liquids, filters and spark-plugs etc.
It is ULEZ compliant too, handy if you live in London.
It's been a great car and we'll be sorry to see it go!
