Description

Mitsubishi Colt CZT for sale. 1.5 turbo. Great hot hatch. Super reliable, completely unnabused and original. Cheap to run, and still alot of fun. No modifications of any kind. Recently had major service, and belt covers taken off and inspected by highly regarded mechanics, that have also carried out all of the mechanical work. Belts in almost new condition. Two new rear tyres (Feb 2025) 2 new rear brake pads (front have over 50%) Various new suspension parts, cars had over 1000 spent in last 3 months. New MOT. Solid underneath, undersealed 2 years back. Some surface rust on rear axle& sills (see most recent MOT advisories) if I do not sell I will be paying specialists to address this (and the lacquer issues also (asking price more than reflects these issues) I lost the spare key and the rear parcel shelf. I have all the manuals, receipts for work carried out in my ownership (see pics) paint is fading on roof and bonnet. Just had 14th service(14 stamps in bk), lots of new parts as mentioned. Always run on Super unleaded 99ron. Always driven with seat covers on (the seats are immaculate, see pics) The car has always been a second and sometimes third car, so has never been daily driven, even by previous owner. I bought the car over 3 years ago. It's by far the longest I've ever kept a car. I've owned most of the early naughties crop (GTIs, Type Rs, Clio Cups, 106s, Saxo VTSs Suzuki sports etc) and this is by far the best all rounder. It's got really decent performance standard but the running costs are so much cheaper, unlike so many of its contemporaries (like the ones listed above) the fact I've owned it longer than any if the others is a real testament to the how well it does everything. I will genuinely be sad to see it go. Its by no means perfect, the paint and surface rust is a real let down. And if I don't sell it for what I feel its worth, I'll be keeping hold of it and plowing even more money into the stated issues. It's mechanically A1. It has never let me down in over 3 years of ownership. If someone was to buy this, put a bit more money and time in getting the few cosmetic issues sorted, it will be a truly worthy investment. As these have not really started to appreciate in value yet (but they will) and this has to be one of the handful of genuinely low mileage (2k miles a year average) with a full stamped service history, that is totally original and unmodified examples left in the UK. It's been serviced on average every 2800miles
