Description
Mega rare Jaguar XFR-S! This is the ultimate XF with 542 BHP and only 100 available in the UK, is one serious capable machine and very desirable particularly in this condition, colour, mileage and with a full service history under a Jaguar service plan.
Electronically limited to 186 mph, this is one furious rear wheel drive animal, yes it has traction, but it is really not for the faint hearted on its massive Pirelli P Zero tyres.
It had 2 previous owners before me, I have taken it from 29,000 to just under 45,000 miles in my 5 years of ownership, it was bought as a "family" car as it got lots of space, but the kids are now bigger and the mileage has slowly reduced year on year, so the time feels right to pass this wonderful unmodified car with full Jaguar history.
It has not wanted for anything, all repairs in my ownership have been done at Jaguar, that includes a coolant system, water pump for the washers etc, and being under the Jaguar service plan it has always followed the manufacture service schedule every year without fail its entire life.
Car comes with the "big wing spoiler" black leather interior, with piano black gloss, 2 keys, good condition throughout.
Rare opportunity to get a piece of Jaguar history, these cars are probably only going to go in one direction being price wise, been stable for years, in 5 years, last of a dying breed these cars with the V8.
The car alloys could do with a refurb, they are not bad, couple of marks on the rear, but to bring it back to it total best they could do with a refurbished. Have not done so as think its only right the new owner gets to choose if they want to keep original (my personal choice) or go down a route to turn them black (a lot do on the IRR colour, does look good). They are Diamond Cut so you can only usually cut them once or twice.
The rear tyres have around 4mm of tread, if I was keeping the car was going to probably look to swap to Michelin PS4's, again, makes sense to give the new owner the choice and would do the wheels when you switch the tyres over. Price reflects this fact
Anyway, this is a Jaguar turned up to 11, there is nothing else I have driven like it, hopefully I won't regret setting, looking to probably go an R8 route if px options out there (manual or s-tronic)as dont need the "family" car now.
Test drives allowed, full comprehensive insurance only with evidence, with my right to still refuse. Happy to take anyone out or have any inspection.
