The extra load space the unique Targa glass hatch gives is very practical, especially when rear seats are folded flat. This makes the Targa 4 3.6 the best 911 for touring. The 4wd handling is secure and wide-body gives a more purposeful stance than standard 911. Targa models (represent just 4% of 997.1 build) are expected to appreciate at a greater rate than standard cars. This has been my experience with my previous 2 Targas (993 & 996.2 Targas).
