Had this car 2 years now and time for a change. Got this car with a 90% Ranger Rover service history. Last few years have been with independent dealers
In my ownership I have replaced the following :
All discs and pads all round,
2 major services
Bonnet struts
Tailgate pendants
Heavy duty drop links
Tie rod ends
All rollers and belts done.
4 brand new oversized tyres - 2" taller and 1" wider with spacers to suit
Removed EGR valves and blanked
Replaced the diesel injector return lines and sensor
New battery
Converted rear lights to modern style.
Blacked out grill and all badges.
Upgraded reverse lights.
Fitted tow bar and have genuine range Rover harness to suit. Never had a tow bar fitted in it's life until my ownership, only fitted to tow my MX bike around so not worked at all.
The car is turn key perfect. Everything works. No compressor issues, suspension travels high and low as it should. Hill decent mode works as I have had it offroad. Returns 30mpg on motorway run now with EGRs removed. 20mpg around town. TVs front and read with digital receiver for council TV. DVD player works as does the CD disc shuffler.
Bad bits: usual age related marks around. Small chips here and there. One small body scratch and a couple of rust bubbles in usual places.
Front seats have slight staining and clean up well as I did this when I first got the car but never sealed the leather so stained again a short while after.
Registration plate will be retained and put back on original plates.
Pulls very well and has never been worked.
Genuine honest car.
I have all keys, handbook and stacks of receipts for all work done before me and in my ownership.
Reason for sale is looking for a sporty little car now.
