Description
A great looking evocation of the iconic Porsche 718 RSK Spyder, and much more economical than one of the original sixteen 718 RSKs which can be worth as much as 3 million each!
The car's body was sourced as a rare kit, shaped after the original 718 RSK, which is no longer available. It is mounted on a 1973 VW Beetle 1300 chassis donor car, with brakes, running gear, and a single carburetor 1600cc Beetle Engine maintaining mechanical simplicity. Meticulously built by a motor engineer over 3 years.
History and documents: the car comes with a history file, including invoices and other important documents. The donor car, a 1973 VW Beetle 1300 was transported to South Africa to undergo a full transformation. There, it was carefully stripped, and reassembled with the 718 Spyder body kit, and registered as a Porsche in South Africa, before being shipped back to the U.K.
This car is a nod to racing royalty, with breathtaking looks and nostalgia that thankfully will not set you back the 3 million that the original sixteen RSKs would!
