First registered at Droitwich SAAB in June 2004. Just three owners from new, with the second owner keeping the car for almost sixteen years. Towards the end of the second person's ownership, the car appears to have undergone somewhat of a 'refresh' in 2021 with invoices totalling almost 2000 for works carried out which included: A proflow exhaust backbox, MP Developments stainless steel intake pipe, Ultra racing front strut brace, New stereo and various bits of tidying up and painting etc. I, the owner of Orchard House Cars, bought the SAAB in November 2024 as a brief trip down memory lane (There were and still are various SAABs in both my family and my wife's). First job was an MOT which it passed with no advisories (expires 24/11/25) after a couple of minor jobs were taken care of: new brake hose; a tyre; and polishing the headlights. I've enjoyed cruising about in it for a couple of months and despite my 4-year-old describing it as the comfiest car he's ever been in, I already had too many cars and sadly don't really have a job for it. In the few hundred miles I've covered in the car there were a few little niggles I noticed which have now duly been rectified by the fitting of: New starter battery, New rear brake pads and discs, Brake fluid change, New thermostat, Ambient air temp sensor, an annual service, then finished off with new SAAB boot badge & Aero badge (new genuine part) and new wheel centre caps. The car now starts on the button, drives beautifully smoothly and pulls up to a stop sharp and straight. Specification includes: Electric adjusting driver's seat, Cruise control, Dual zone climate control, Bluetooth audio, Trip computer, Night panel (why isn't this commonplace on all cars?!), Full leather upholstery, Heated front seats, Xenon headlights, 17" Alloys, Rear privacy glass, Rear parking sensors, Electric windows and mirrors, 2 fully functional remote keys, Traction control, ISOFIX.
