Lovely cherished unmarked condition both inside and out. Regularly hand washed and polished by me and leather seating treated. Driven by retired couple, no smoke or pets. Only used socially for 4k miles last year mostly for 600 mile round trips to visit family. All servicing done yearly by my Master Tech son, and fully up to date. 4 new Michelin Cross-Climate tyres put on in September 2024, ( the last set did over 26k ) plus all 4 discs and pads were replaced last week. Drives faultlessly and has averaged 47mpg for the 6 years I have owned the car. Both BMW recalls for EGR cooler replacement and driver's air bag completed last month. All past MoT's and paperwork for servicing work are kept. BMW Rubber mats inside and BMW roof racks available if required. Everything works just like when it was new. Large estate with huge boot no longer needed as my elderly father passed away so no need to transport him and wheelchair in comfort. We just won't use it enough. I will be sad to see it go. It would suit a growing family as it is a thoroughly reliable and extremely comfortable estate car with plenty of room. It requires nothing to be done to it for 18 months at least and has both keys. The car is in Truro Cornwall and is realistically priced to sell. You won't be disappointed as I'm an older guy who has always looked after things properly, see for yourself.
