For sale here is my immaculate (relative to the age) 2001 E46 3 Series. I adore this car and no expense has been spared on her including a recent respray (2024) She drives brilliantly and is a timeless piece of motoring history from a time when they made cars beautifully and with care. I can't name a thing wrong with her, though of course the car is sold as seen as I'm not a mechanic. People often talk about "arch rust" on these and I can assure you this car has not only NO arch rust, but no rust of any kind. The first owner was kind enough to keep her garaged in-between use the first 20 years of her life and I'm only the second owner. Internally there's isn't a piece of trim or lining out of place and miraculously there isn't a sign of wear on the seats or steering wheel. I imagine this car looks exactly the same now as it did circa 2003. Power windows, cruise control, climate control, rear parking sensors, all work as they should. The only unoriginal feature is I had the head unit changed from the BMW casette head unit to a period correct Blaupunkt unit with bluetooth functionality. This is being removed from the car before sale and swapped back to the original, unless this matters to you, in which case please let me know and we can negotiate leaving it in. Original head unit included either way. It had a new battery put in a month ago. Nothing wrong with the old one, just a few years old. You can have the old one included if you want a spare. Low mileage for the age of 79,500 miles. Reason for sale: Got a large dog and there's more chance of him driving his own car than me letting him on the seats of this. Had to get an estate instead.
