This is a longer warranty than the 1 year approved you'll get by buying at a dealer, so what's not to like? Car also has Landrover remote and tracker till November 2025, which should be transferable? There were 4 new 21 inch Pirelli Scorpion Tyres fitted in November 2024 so less than 1500 miles on the tyres!
