Time to sell my Discovery as we have recently purchased a newer model.. I looked long and hard to find the right one with decent service history , and wasn't fussed that it didn't have heated seats or HSE spec .. It's been very well looked after and serviced every year without fail . Previous owner purchased car at 106 k miles and sale invoice for 11995.. belts were changed then also. I have receipts &invoices for over 10k and knowing that I was going to be selling car on .. I've spent over a thousand on new MOT , service , brake service , new manifold &vac pipes and suspension compressor pump .. It's got between 9&7mm on the all terrain duratec tyres and has a Witter heavy duty tow bar , I've never towed it and previous owner only used it for small boat .. With all the servicing and recent work it's mechanically in great order and future proofed from the big jobs needing to be done .. Interior is very clean and comes with fully tailered waterproof seat covers . For a big car it's pretty ecconomical with my daily commute averaging 33mpg and long motorway runs over 40mpg .. It's been a great car with a great presence on the road and masses of internal space when needed ..
