1966 Triumph Herald 12/50 Original, Un-Restored, excellent condition for age. Hello, due to ill health I am reluctantly putting my 1966 Triumph Herald 12/50 (called Prudence) up for sale. The main details are listed below. What does need to be said is that she is original and un-restored; therefore, the paintwork and chrome do have a few small signs of age. Like most Heralds she has a few splutters when starting from cold but once warm runs like a dream and cruses nicely at 65-70 mph on the motorway. Including me there are 2 owners shown of the V5c, though in truth she has also been in 2 private car collections without the owners registering her. Original tyres to be included in sale, good condition just too old to be legal on the road. Excellent original underseal means only a few very minor spots of rust underneath. Prudance has been seen at about 8 local car shows and on the Club Triumph stand at the NEC in Nov 2024. A few articles have been written about her including one in the Club Triumph magazine in Nov 2023. A real time-warp.
